My wife and I came to a mixer in December 2010, and that was when it all started when we spoke to and met Miss Diane Davidson and Mr. Tom McHale, who opened a whole new world of tangible possibilities of owning a home here at the Manors.

First of all, Tom McHale, who was introduced as the builder had me hooked when he suggested that you could make changes to your home, and one which was introduced to my pallet was making the fourth bedroom a Loft and I was sold right there. And the process of making changes were very, very, very easy and they worked with us on skillfully bringing our dreams to reality, from the Design Center, which offers a wide variety of custom choices and a lot of standards are given in your choice of home.

I have to truly say that it was a painless experience to invite such a beautiful home into existence, and I would, and have, recommended The Manors at Highgate development and builder to other hungry envisionists looking for a channel to allow their birth of beautiful homes to be born. Truly out of the other builders in this area of Lehigh County, Heritage Homes Group have offered a great experience and product, and if they were to expand into the Dominican Republic, I would make the sacrifice to buy a vacation home by this group displaying such awesome personnel as Mr. Tom McHale and Diane Davidson.

My wife and I are very pleased and proud to be homeowners in this development, The Manors at Highgate, and we take pride in the maintenance and up-keep of our dream home. I would like to give thanks to your expert team of estute, knowledgeable sales and builder force.

"I had regular interactions with both the sales and construction teams. Everyone (Diane, Carolyn, Kelly, and Tom) were always friendly and helpful. Though this is our 7th house and the third time we have build the house, they still made the process very easy by guiding us through the process and following up. As with any complex process as building a house, there will be problems, but the team were eager and helpful in resolving these issues.

We chose Heritage over a competitor because their standard features (granite counter tops for instance) were extras elsewhere. Heritage made it easy to customize and allow us to build the house we wanted. There were a few misunderstandings, but most were easily resolved. We loved the selections. We chose an exceptional cabinet and really LOVE the look!

My family was living in another city and I had only infrequent visits during the construction. Diane and Carolyn were helpful in giving me updates and also supporting me visiting the house while under construction. In addition, they made it easy to close, actually having the closing in their model home.

"I'm very pleased with my house and grateful for all your help. Here are my experiences:

The sales and construction team (at the time, Diane, Kelly and Tom) were very helpful and fun to work with. Every question was answered promptly and all options were presented. I never felt pressured and they always made me feel like they were happy to see me.

Design Center selections were well thought out...just enough options (upgrades) as to not make it difficult to choose. Customization was available on almost everything.

My overall experience with Heritage Homes Group is very favorable. They kept me informed, communicated key dates. The Smooth Moves program was one reason I went with Heritage, the rental townhouse they provided for me while my house was being built was lovely and the Orchard Hill Management was exceptional. The only down side was that it was 45 minutes away! I didn't work with any other builders to any extent, therefore, I cannot compare. The ... closed the deal, along with the contingency on selling my previous house!

I would recommend Heritage for several reasons: the number of models from which to choose and the range of prices. The fact that all the houses look different and they never put 2 identical houses next to each other. The responsiveness from the cosntruction team and the sales team after moving in to act on resolving problems is very good. The quality of the construction and the final product is very good.

"We had a great experience with the team at "The Manors". We bought a "Quick Delivery Home". Although the house was already built; we had the opportunity to add some features. Andrea Gilbert, our seller, was always so responsive and supportive through the whole buying process; explaining every detail, and providing diligently information to the lender. Communication with Heritage was always excellent, answering every email right away and every phone call.

We are so pleased with the people and with the construction of the house as well. We did the walk through with Tom, from the construction team. He explained the details of the house, and also clarified some doubts we had. Also we verified all the additions and changes we requested.

Definitely their professionalism and quality was far above our expectations, and the friendly staff was a pleasure to work with. Everyone at Heritage was friendly and did their best to accommodate our needs. We are extremely happy with our house, we love the neighborhood. Our home is everything we wanted! "Our experiences with the sales team (Gina Hoffman and Jean-Marie Bliss) were all positive. They were very helpful in answering all our questions and allowing us to take time to go inside the models for sale. I felt very comfortable with them, they were not pushy at all. As for construction, our home was already finished. However, we did have several interactions with Vince from the construction team and he has been terrific. Vince has been more than helpful and is always around asking how everything is going since moving in. We had the wrong A/C control installed in our home and Vince was quick to get someone to fix it right away. I am very pleased with everyone from Heritage that we have worked with so far.

Everything was presented to us in a very clear fashion when it came to the purchase of our new home. During the walk-through, I felt Vince pointed out all the important things we needed to know about our new home. Heritage was flexible when we needed to change our settlement date on somewhat short notice.

I would definitely recommend Heritage Homes Group to family and friends. I have not dealt with many builders previously, but everyone in this community seems happy with their purchase. I feel that our home is the most up-to-date in construction standards and is very comfortable to live in. It is also a pleasure working with the people from Heritage. I have not met anyone who has not been more than eager to help me with any questions or needs that have arise.
