Successful and growing real estate company in the Bucks County region is seeking a full-time, Senior Property Manager to join our winning team.
The selected candidate will be part of our property management group and will manage the operations of multiple properties -- including luxury, upscale townhome communities and small office buildings -- located in various regional counties.
Responsibilities:
· All daily property management operations.
· Implementation and management of preventative maintenance programs.
· Contract negotiations.
· Budget development and review against actual results.
· Staff management.
Requirements
· Five years of experience in property management.
· Undergraduate degree.
· Highly organized and attentive to details.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer service mindset.
· Developed skills with personal computers, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Budgeting experience.
· Certifications in property management a plus.
